Atlanta house painters
Body, trim and door. We help you pick them on your own house, paint a test square on the wall, and print the approval packet your neighborhood asks for.

The board
A house needs fewer colors than the paint aisle suggests. These are the three jobs, in the order we choose them.

The big field of siding or brick. Choose it first, and look at it on the wall in morning and late-afternoon light.
Windows, fascia, corner boards and porch rails. Lighter or darker than the body, never the same.
The one place to be bold, and the first thing a neighbor sees. Garage doors can follow the door or the body.
For neighborhood associations
Many Atlanta neighborhoods want exterior colors reviewed before a crew shows up. We put your three colors, a photo of the test square, the scope of work and our insurance certificate on a few pages you can print and hand in.
You read it first. We change anything that is not right.

Neighbors
“Our association wanted the colors, a sample on the actual wall and proof of insurance in one packet. That is what arrived.”
“Latrina set three chips on the porch and told me to look again at five o'clock. I changed the trim, and the house looks better for it.”
“I sit on the review committee for our street. Most requests come in missing something. This one came complete.”
“Two days of scraping, caulking and priming before any color went on. You can see it in the lines around the windows.”
Sample reviews.
Atlanta and around
Atlanta neighborhoods first, then the suburbs a crew can reach in a morning.
We don't take jobs south of the airport, east of Lawrenceville or north of Woodstock. For those, call a painter closer to you.
Questions
Most houses take one to two weeks of working days, weather allowing. Your written estimate gives a range for your house, never a promised date.
Yes. Painted brick is hard to undo, so we talk it through before we start: what the brick is now, how it will look in a year, and what a test square shows on your own wall.
No. Your association or review board decides. The packet puts what they ask for on one printed sheet set, and we answer their questions if they have any.
We wash and scrape in the spring, but pine pollen lands on wet paint. We plan the finish coats for dry mornings and tell you the day before.
