From call to last day

Your first week with us

The same order every time, with the same people on your house.

  1. 01
    Day 0

Step 1: You call or text

A photo of the house helps. We reply within a business day.

  2. 02
    A few days later

Step 2: We walk the house

An owner looks at the surfaces, the trim and the lot, and talks colors if you want to.

  3. 03
    Within 3 business days

Step 3: You get the estimate

In writing: surfaces, repairs, coats, colors, schedule and payment.

  4. 04
    When you are ready

Step 4: You sign and pick a start window

Nothing starts before you sign. Colors and sheens are on the page.

  5. 05
    Day 1

    Step 5: The crew arrives

The crew lead walks the house with you, then covers and washes.

  6. 06
    Last day

    Step 6: The last day

You walk the house with the crew lead, and touch-ups are done that day.

While we work

Small things that make the week easier

  • A daily walk-through

At the end of each day the crew lead tells you what is done and what is next.

  • Parking and power

We need a place for a truck and an outlet. We tell you before the first day.

  • Pets and kids

We keep gates closed and tell you which doors and rooms to avoid each day.

  • Rain days

A wet wall does not get paint. We call you, and we move the day.

The tape

Most of the work is not painting

Taping, covering and cleaning take more of the week than the paint does. It is also what you notice when it's done: clean lines, clean glass and no paint where it doesn't belong.

  • Same-week appointments

  • Plain-language explanations
